BMW Sport Lowering Spring Set - H&R 50482
This Sport Lowering Spring Kit is intended for the BMW F22 228i/230i coup. Engineered from durable 54SiCr6 steel and manufactured in Germany, these progressive-rate springs lower the vehicle by approximately 1.0–1.4″ in the front and 0.8–1.2″ in the rear, depending on whether the car has the sport suspension option. This reduction in ride height sharpens handling by lowering the center of gravity, reducing body roll, improving cornering grip, and even slightly enhancing aerodynamics and fuel efficiency—all while maintaining admirable ride comfort for daily driving . The 50482 kit is H&R’s top-selling spring offering for this chassis, delivering a performance-oriented stance and enhanced driving feel without resorting to aggressive coilovers.
