BMW N55 Stage 2 Low Pressure Fuel Pump - Spool Performance SP-BMFXXN-FPS2
Spool Performance is proud to present the production version of our Stage 2 LPFP (Low-Pressure Fuel System) for the BMW FXX N55 platform. With the use of high-pressure pumps now being able to support DI fueling, we have found the low-pressure electric fuel pumps that deliver fuel from the tank to the high pressure pumps to be a bottleneck while chasing high horsepower, especially on E85 fuel. The upgraded stage 2 low-pressure pump kits are a solution for that and it features a pump that is 30% better flow than the OEM pump. This provides almost 600hp worth of low-pressure fueling regardless of fuel type. This is a complete drop in replacement unit and does not require any assembly or core returns.
DISCLAIMER - Primary pump connector melting is a result of high EKP demands in the tune. It is not advised to overload the primary pump. This type of damage would not be covered under warranty as it is not a manufacturing defect.
