Developed for the BMW E36 M3, this Billy Boat Performance Exhaust cat back exhaust is precision crafted using 100% T304 stainless steel. A smooth uninterrupted exhaust flow is achieved with CNC mandrel bent tubing. Through a combination of sound cancelation and absorption the straight through design muffler offers a deep rich exhaust note on acceleration with a mild tone at idle and cruising speeds as well as increasing horsepower and torque.
Following the factory layout and mounting in the factory hangers allows for an easy do it yourself installation. A pair of 3” rolled edge tips are used to give the BMW a distinctive look. No engine management sensors are moved or altered therefore this system is 50 state emissions legal and is backed with their limited LIFETIME warranty.

Warranty Information
Billy Boat Exhaust warrants its products to the original purchaser of record and for the original vehicle on which the product was installed, against RUST THROUGH AND CORROSION for the LIFETIME of the vehicle. Billy Boat Exhaust warrants its products, excluding catalytic converters and flex joints, to the original purchaser of record and for the original vehicle on which the product was installed, against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 YEARS from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect within 2 years, the seller will replace the item. After 2 years, the seller will, at its option, repair or replace the item and the item must be shipped to the seller at buyer’s expense.
This warranty is void if the product was not installed properly on the vehicle, was installed on a vehicle for which it was not designed, or was removed from the vehicle on which it was originally installed and reinstalled on another vehicle. This warranty shall not apply to normal wear, cosmetic issues such as coatings and material discoloration, any product that was installed on a racing vehicle, installed improperly or contrary to Billy Boat Exhaust instructions, altered, misused, repaired, damaged from an accident, collision, undercarriage road impact or debris, or willful or negligent act. Any modifications to the product or its intended use voids the warranty. No person or representative is authorized to extend any warranties on behalf of Billy Boat Exhaust, other than the warranty expressed herein.
In no event shall Billy Boat Exhaust or any Billy Boat Exhaust Dealers or Distributors be liable for any loss, labor, inconvenience or damage…whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise. No person or representative is authorized to extend any warranties on behalf of Billy Boat Exhaust, other than the warranty expressed herein.
Billy Boat Exhaust shall have no liability for the cost of installation or removal of the defective product, the cost of labor or any additional parts required to complete the installation of the replacement product, towing or transportation costs, or return shipping costs. In no event shall Billy Boat Exhaust be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses and/or damages, including but not limited to interruption of business or loss of business or loss of profit or damage to related components resulting from the use of or inability to use the product, or any breach of warranty or any defect in the product, even if Billy Boat Exhaust shall have been advised of the possibility of such potential losses or damages.
Because sound is subjective, we do not warranty for sound.
